Sadak 2 Review: Controversial and much-awaited Sadak is finally released on Hotstar, the trailer already got the massive number of dislike and the audiences are alredy hating this movie, I never thought the same like other, honestly speaking, I was waiting for this because of music and romantic genre, and finally movie ie here, let’s review it.

The movie stars Sanjay Dutt, Ali Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor in the main lead role, the movie is directed by Mahesh Bhatt, incase you don’t know, the movie was leaked online by the pirates in today afternoon and that’s the reason we are reviewing it too soon.

Story

The story of the film revolves around Arya, Ravi, and Vishal, Arya is the daughter of a very big businessman, and her mother has passed away, Arya believes that all this is due to a pretender Baba, and For this reason, she is campaigning against the hypocritical babas, Vishal gets involved with her in this campaign, Arya’s mother wanted Arya to go to Kailash when she is 21, For this, Arya hires a cab, which Sanjay Dutt is driving, when Arya Vishal and Ravi leave for Kailash, Baba plans to kill them, but here Sanjay Dutt comes in front of Arya’s shield.  Arya later learns about a very shocking truth, which makes her stunned, will Arya punish the babas or will she fall prey to them, for that you will have to go and watch the movie at hotstar.

Performances

In the film, the actors have acted very well, especially Alia Bhatt, Alia played her role brilliantly, and her acting in this film is one of her best performances so far, Aditya Roy Kapoor is decent and he gives the feeling of Aashiqui 2 at few scenes, Sanjay Dutt has played the character of a heartbroken lover quite well, and that pain is evident in his eyes, Alia Bhat’s acting is much better than others, and I liked her performance a lot, all the other characters in the film also worked well. There is nothing to show for the other actors, the movie is a two-man show, one is Alia Bhatt and the other is Sanjay Dutt.

Screenplay & Others

The story of the film is very bad, there is no thrill nor suspense in the film, the story of the film is quite old fashioned, and the plot is quite Weak, the screenplay has been tried to write great, but the film is a flop show there too, the film has nothing new, Mahesh Bhatt should think that this is not the 90s, create a love story, and show it to the audience, and people like it. The locations of the film are very good and the music is brilliant, I find the songs of the film is much better than the whole film.

Overall

I am going with the 2 out of 5 for the movie, 1 star is for Ali Bhatt and 1 is for the music, there is nothing more in the movie, better to avoid it, but if you are a fan of Alia Bhatt and want to see one of her best performances, you can check the movie on Hotstar.
